Where I Ship To:
I currently ship within the UK only using tracked delivery services.
How Long it Could Take:
I ship once a week, typically on Friday. So your chosen piece will be shipped within maximum 6 days (if you ordered on a Friday for example). If it’s urgent – email me to let me know beforehand – I may be able to accommodate you :o) You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
What About International Orders:
If you’re outside the UK, email me before ordering so we can discuss shipping options that suit your location.
What Happens with Refunds & Returns:
Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, I can’t accept returns or offer refunds.
