Asymmetric Grey Keshi Pearl & Labradorite Earrings

Introducing Mystery! To be honest, I was first going to call these Mysteré, because it sounds so much more professional, but then I’m pretty sure there would’ve been some sort of copyright infringement or problems with the Cirque du Soleil peeps, so I’m staying with Mystery. And these are still from my summer collection One Man’s Treasure…

They are technically a smorgasbord of grey freshwater Pearls. Amazing!

Firstly, you’ll notice this stunning large grey Kashi Pearl that actually nuances between gentle greys and then blues and then it will sometimes go into slight copper nuances, then slight pinkishness. To me it looks like a fish. You don’t have to look at it as a fish, but maybe you won’t be able to see it otherwise from now on (sorry).

Anywho, then you’ll go like OMG, OMG, look at the tiny little grey potato Pearls (that’s their actual name in the industry BTW). And there are quite a few of those. They’re very very cute and uniquely shaped. And then finally your eye will be mesmerised by this amazing Labradorite.

You can see in the light how it has these nuances of colors that you will never repeat – they’re different each time you look.

The whole thing is bound by silver-filled metal, and then some findings that I find  (excuse the pun), look really really beautiful together. These are just little studs and the reason why I designed these and the reason why they’re called Mystery, is because of how all the pieces that make the pair of earrings have a life of their own. You never see them the same way twice.

Hence why – I hope each time you put them on, they invite you to enter the world or your day with a mindset of wonder. If you ever need a little bit of wonder in your everyday life because things might be getting a little bit mundane or a little bit same-same, these little babies might help you get yourself out of that. To get you excited.

These are a really good example of why I am keen to spread the message that our jewelry is a very underused superpower. It’s kind of like a Trojan horse to give yourself a message that you want to embody for that day, and be more intentional about how you want to show up and what you want to feel at any given moment.
