
There are many reviews of the book on Amazon.com – some bad, mostly very good. As it is with everything, you'll need to make up your own mind about the information you find within.
For me however, this book has been one of the best and most useful books I have ever read – and I read a lot… It has thought me that having a good diet and a good exercise routine, can still fail to produce the mental state you crave.
I have always been intrigued by the human mind, and body. I spend a lot of my time researching, experimenting and learning new ways to help me live better, be more alert, be physically fit and mentally astute – I like that and it makes me feel happy.
But while I understand the implications of eating nutritionally poor foods and not exercising on the physical state of our bodies, I was not aware of the impact it can have on your mind!
Suzanne's "Breakthrough" opened my eyes to the fact that sometimes things are deeper than you can ever imagine. She talks in great detail about hormonal imbalances, toxicity buildups in our bodies, nutritional supplements and how they all tie up to either hinder or enhance our everyday lives.
She gives you 8 steps to try out in your own lifestyle that will bring you health and vitality…
Thanks to this book, I now know what nutrients are essential for my body to operate properly. I still do my exercises, I eat better than ever before (although there's still the occasional cake slice here and there ;o) I am looking into eating more and more organic foods.
The nice thing about Suzanne's style of writing is that she doesn't prescribe – she tells you the story, and then lets you decide how much or how little you want to implement.
I've already passed down all the knowledge to my mom, my brother, mother in law and any other friend that would listen – LOL…
So if you only read one book this year let it be a book that will turn your life and health around just like it's done for so many others.
